Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting Rush or Express Shipping.  Not all shipping methods are available to all locations.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear or have tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise.

For exchanged items, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you within the United States.


Free Shipping Orders

Orders that originally qualified for Free Economy Shipping may have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Sale Merchandise

Items marked LAST CALL or FINAL SALE or purchased from the Final Sale category are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Sale Category Items

Any items from the SALE category are marked down and are not eligible for refund.  In some cases, store credit may be given for eligible returns.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns and exchanges.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Please include a note with your order number and indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
