The Aviator is made of grade 8 Panama straw, hand woven in Ecuador from Toquilla palm leaves. The crown is woven with a vented pattern for easy airflow. The inside of the crown has the 150th anniversary logo attached on a satin patch. The leather sweatband is soft sheepskin roan leather, and affixed to the outer ribbon of the hat is a brass 150th anniversary commemorative pin. Crown 4 ½” Brim 2 1/8”
